1. Machine table
1)Adopt PLC touch screen to control, convenient and reliable.
2)The main host adopt frequency converter motor to control, energy-saving and steady,with the protection device for motor start.
3)Electrical control of machine units, matched with alarm. When machine units moving, will warn
to keep the workers’ safety.
4)Driving shaft equipped with friction clutch, to avoid the wrong operation damage machine.
5)Pneumatic interlock device.
2. The new idler wheel paper feeding system
1)This new type auto feeder system can reduce the block phenomenon in paper feeding.
2)The auxiliary fan for feeding paper, the wind volume can be adjusted in each different section, assure the curved paper can be fed in smoothly and offer the enough adsorption power.
3)Two sides baffles and back baffle position can be adjusted by electric; Front baffle up and down gap adjust by manual.
4)Lead edge idler wheels is made from polyurethane material,big friction and wearable.

3. Paper feeding roller
1)Single rubber roller with fast roller changing device.
2)Seamless steel pipe, wrapped with wearable rubber and treated with balancing and correction.
3)Paper feeding rollers’s gap can be adjusted by hand as per dial,range is 1～11㎜.
1. Printing roller
1) Steel pipe with surface grinding and chrome plated.
2) Dynamic balancing correction, steady running.
3) Printing rollers gap/pressure can be adjusted by manual as per dial, range is 0～11㎜.
4) Electrical adjustment of printing roller phase, printing roller transverse movement by hand.
2. Anilox roller
1) Steel pipe with surface grinding and chrome plated.
2) Dynamic balancing and correction of anilox rollers, steady running.
3) Matched with pneumatic auto lifting device on the auto feeder(when feeding, anilox roller lift down to touch printing plate, when stop feeding, lift up anilox roller to separate with printing plate).
4) Anilox roller with wedge block type clutch, distribute and clean ink fast and easily.
3. Rubber roller
1) Steel pipe surface wrapped with wear resistant rubber, treated with balancing and correction.
2) Rubber roller with medium height grinding, good for ink distribution.
4. Phase adjustment device
1) Planetary gear structure.
2) Printing phase adopt touch screen control and electrical adjustment in 360° in running and stop condition both can do.
3) Phase adjustment:printing roller adjust with controlled phase,quickly and accurately.
4) Automatic reset system after cleaning the printing plate.
5. Ink circulation
1) Pneumatic diaphragm, simple operation, convenient maintenance, ink supplying steadily.
2) Ink filter screen to take out of the impurity, keep the printing quality.
3) The rubber roller can change the speed when printing to prevent ink spitting.
6. Printing phase fixed device
1) When the units in separation and combination or phase adjustment, original point of transmission gear position fixed since the brake device control the units rotation.
2) The pressing roller adopts cross coupling transmission in case of abrasion.
1. Operation control
1) The gap of paper feeding adjustment is by manual micro adjustment and has self locking device.
2) Equipped with emergency stop device, to assure the workers safety.
3) Adopt single shaft double cutter structure, back knife is adjusted electrically.
4) 4knife holders all can be moved, the adjustment range is controlled by electrically buttons.
5) Knife shaft and creaser shaft are all plated with chrome and precise grinding.
6) Manual double direction locking adjustment of creaser gap, fast and convenient.
7) Adopt brake device, when machine separate or adjust the phase, can keep the front knife position fixed.
1) Above and lower shaft diameter are Φ110mm, equipped with 4groups of creasers.
2) Creasing wheels and the slotting knife holders is adjusted in transverse in synchronization.
3) Match with pre-creaser can avoid the paperboard be damaged when creasing.
3. Slitting / slotting knife holder
1) Slotting knives thickness is 7mm, use high quality alloy steel with heat treated of the knife tooth.
2) The above slotting shafts diameter is 156mm, with surface grinding and chrome plating, move steadily.
3) Synchronous adjustment by manual in axial direction of the slotting knives, slitting knife holders, creasing wheels, and pre-creasers.
4) The middle slotter knife can move, suitable to big double pcs carton.
5) Adopt special waste remover, reduce the cost and longer lifetime.
6) Precise and high efficiency of the alignment.
