Performance and Characteristics
(1). Feeding unit
Adopts lead edge feeding system. Adjust wind volume according on cardboard bending degree to ensure feeding paper smoothly.
Main motor start protecting device, when the machine units not be clocked, machine can't run.
Double feeding rubber roller, the rubber roller has slot for prevent the overlarge pressure.
Front feeding rubber roller with air cylinder cushioning device, feeding accurately and stable, will not destroy the hardness of the cardboard when the feeding space is small.
The side baffles adopt electric control. The back baffle box be adjusted by motorized, the front baffles space adopts motorized adjustment.
With brush dust-remove device with dust-absorption blower. Can adjust the wind volume accord the cardboard size.
Electric control units separation with warming belt, to ensure worker safe.
Electric counting device set production quantity, when complete the production automatically warm( if use touch screen control, adjust quantity though touch screen directly)
(2). Printing unit
The printing roller adopts stemless steel pipe, the surface be grinded, hard chrome plated, balance correction, running smoothly.
With quickly change printing plate device, when load or unload printing plate, foot switch electric control roller run clockwise or anticlockwise.
The feeding roller, impression roller, rubber roller and anilox roller space adjusted by self-locking device.
Printing and phase fixed device, pneumatic brake. When units separating or cleaning, braking mechanism limit gear running, keep original gear's position.
The anilox roller adopt automatic pneumatic up-down device( when feeding, anilox roller down automatically according to order, when stop, anilox roller lift according order)
Adopts pneumatic diaphragm pump inking, automatically recycle, water cleaning.
With "clean printing plate" function, after washing the printing plate, the printing roller will back to the original printing position.
Option: Ceramic Anilox roll & doctor blade
(3). Slotting unit:
With pre-creasing system, after pre-creasing cardboard not easy destroy.
Carton box height adjusting adopts PLC and digital control. (or adopt PLC and touch screen adjusting)
Slotting phase adopt PLC and digital adjustment in 360 degree whatever running and stop(or use PLC and touch screen adjusting)
Slotting pedestal and creasing wheels horizontal moving adopt electric synchronous adjustment.( PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option, enter the size of the carton, automatically adjust)
Creasing space and knife roller space adjusting adopts self-locking device.
The carton height adjustment with anti-collision device for the slotting knives, will not destroy the machine.
Every slotting knife pedestals movement with anti-collision device(digital type)
Slotting knives width is 7mm, good quality material with heat treatment, grinding, saw tooth knives. Double type cutting knives, sharp-edged and high precision.
Option: The hole and handle hold die , the slotting rings.
(4). Die-cutting unit:
The rubber roller adopts mechanical screw type horizontal movement, the movement distance is 40mm.
The phase of die roller adopt digital adjustment in 360 degree whatever running and stop.
The space adjustment between rubber roller and die roller adopt self-locking device, and with air cylinder adjust quickly in large range, reduce rubber destroy, prolong rubber use life.
Feeding roller spaces adjusting adopts self-locking device.
Speed compensation device can make the rubber roller slipping follow die roller, thereby, the rubber surface speed controlled by knife die. So that the carton shape is same as knife die.
Equipped with rubber repair device, the rubber can be used after be repaired.

2.Gluing part basic configuration
1) Gluing part
* The position adjustment of gluing head is electric, which can be controlled by human-machine interface
* Gluing wheel system function. (automatic glue spraying system is optional)
* equipped with gluing roller servo control to coordinate the synchronous operation of the host.
2) Folding part
* Folding beam electric displacement, human-machine interface control.
* The front and rear drive shafts are located at the top of the folding beam.
* Equipped with adjustable folding rod.
* Equipped with elastic roller for conveying belt.
* With lower synchronous conveyor belt.
* Equipped with carton guide positive side roller.
* With upper belt tension set by cylinder, belt extension can automatically compensate.
3) Paper stacking section
* With air pressure paperboard down, before shooting paperboard paper.
* Equipped with electric adjustment stacking department.
* With front and rear baffle electric displacement function.
4) Count the discharge part
* The number of cartons per stack can be set from 15~30 for automatic discharge.
* Equipped with board lifting roller device.
* With the paper holder electric adjustment height function.
3.Gluing machine function description:
The horizontal movement of rubber roller is adjusted by electric screw rod. The size is controlled by man-machine interface
The gluing part adopts nonstop or gluing system to prevent the glue solidification when the machine starts at the end of a short time,the gap of the upper rubber wheel can be adjusted easily, which can adapt to the gluing of 3-8mm thick paper, and the gluing amount can be adjusted easily.
The belt speed of upper and lower beams and the speed of slotting machine can be adjusted separately, and the gluing folding belt and conveyor belt are very close to the speed of the slotting machine, avoiding the problem of paper grabbing or blocking between the paste box line and the slotting machine.
The speed of lower belt is separately adjusted by the servo motor, that is, when the upper and lower belt speed is different, it can be adjusted to the same, and micro-adjust for rectify correction.
Adopt belt and rubber covered roller to fold, flexible to adjust the angle of folding and easy to operate.
Preloading degree, using up and down sticks adjustable gap preloading can press 3-8mm paper thick folding box, with man-machine interface for easy adjustment.
Stacking and counting part:
Electric stacking and aligning of the cardboard, attain totally work automatically.
electric eye count the stacking quantity, accurate output.
The average speed of gluing machine is 8000-12000 / hour, with high speed and greatly improved production efficiency.
Automatic gluing, folding, correction, counting and stacking, only two~ three workers can complete the whole process.
Folding beam adopts elastic pressure wheel and suction belt to convey accurately.Two-fold beam man-machine correction, electric adjustment, and with preloading, integral, correction device, so that the carton folding to eliminate the size of the mouth, reduce the rejection rate.
Equipped with rectify deviation device to prevent scissors efficient.
Automatic patching device, paper receiving, stacking and discharging are precisely controlled by servo system with fast circulation speed.It can be moved around according to the folding size of cardboard.
