Rotary Automatic Die Cutting And Creasing Machine For Corrugated Cardboard
I. General introduction
Rotary die cutter is used for corrugated cardboard die-cutting after printing. Different products need different sizes, shapes of cartons. For the special shape cartons like pizza box, fruit packages may need holes or handle or bottom locking and different sizes, these requirements will need the rotary diecutting machine to do.
Make wooden die as per customer cartons requirements, then install on the die cutting roller to cut the sheets into needed shapes, and crease lines at the same time, after that, can fold the sheets into cartons for packing.
II. Machine configuration
1. The material of diecutting roller is centrifugal casting, thickness is 35mm, balancing correction, with hard chrome plating.
2. High quality steel wallboard, thickness is 50mm, processed in huge machining center.
3. The soft roller equipped with auto grinding device to improve the repetition rate of anvil blanket, can grind 3~4times once.
4. Auto linear speed compensation to assure the diecutting size of each batch is the same.
5. Imported PU anvil blanket, easy to install, can die cut 12million times.
6. Mechanical soft roller can move left-right in the range of 40mm, the blanket is worn averagely.
7. The automatic separation device of diecutting roller by air cylinder, can decrease the wearing of blanket.
Auto feeder part
1. Adopt the advanced lead edge auto feeder, high precision feeding, high speed, long lifetime, speed can be 10000pcs/h, precision is ±0.5mm.
2. The blower volume can be adjusted randomly.
3. The phase is controlled by micro computer, can be adjusted in degree 360 randomly, fast and exact.
4. Front baffle is adjusted manually, side baffle is adjusted computerized.
5. Has the groove on paper guiding roller, to avoid pressing the paper seriously, increase the feeding accuracy.
Computer control part
1. HMI, computerized PLC high precision control system, mature defensive function, high reliability controlment.
2. Adopt variable frequency and variable speed motor.
3. Front and back control panel is simple and clear, easy to operate.
4. The complete machine is controlled by the light, electricity and air combined control system.
5. Main electrical parts: HK Sony dragon contactor, Japanese Omron time relay, Korean Autonics optoelectronic switch, Zhejiang CHINT intermediate relay, Xinjie PLC touch screen, etc.
